Breakfast
What kind of Breakfast is served?
We deliver a basket with a variety of fresh products such as orange juice, Portuguese pastries, fruit, croissant, among others.

Is Breakfast included in the price?
If you wish to have Breakfast during your stay, please choose the rate with Breakfast at the time of your reservation.
Do you have a dining area for Breakfast?
We do not have a dining area. We deliver breakfast directly in the comfort of your apartment and you can choose to have it right there or in our gardens.
What is the Breakfast schedule?
Breakfast can be served between 08:00 and 10:30 am. If you need it delivered outside these hours, please let us know in advance so that we can confirm availability.
Transport & Parking
How to get to the apartments?
All our apartments are located near, at least, one metro station. After your booking, you will receive detailed information on how to reach us.
We can also arrange a transfer from the airport, train station or bus station to your apartment.
I am going by car. Do the apartments have parking?
We only have parking in our Alegria Street and Firehouse buildings. When you book an apartment in one of these buildings, you will have access to a free private parking space.
If you book in another building, please let us know you are coming by car, so we can tell you which parking is closest to your apartment and the rates for it.

Do you have apartments for people with reduced mobility?
We have two apartments adapted for people with reduced mobility - one in the Bloom House building and the other in the Legends' House building. Both buildings have an entrance adapted for wheelchairs and have an elevator to access the respective apartments. The apartments with adapted conditions are as follows:

Can I have an extra bed in my room?
It is not possible to add extra beds. Each typology already indicates its maximum capacity, and for apartments with more than 2 people, a sofa bed is available. In case your reservation is only for 2 people but you wish to use the sofa bed, there will be an additional cost.
Payments, Policies & Vouchers
What is the pricing policy for children?
Only children who are 3 years old or older pay for their stay. For children up to 2 years old there is no charge. If you would like a crib, please let us know (subject to availability).
I have an unused voucher, within its expiration date. How can I apply it to my new reservation?
Since we have several apartments with different amenities, we suggest that you make your reservation on our website, informing us in the reservation details that you wish to use your voucher. After we receive your reservation, we will contact you to adjust the details of the final amount. If you prefer, you can contact us directly, indicating the dates and for which building you wish to book, and we will help you with the rest.
Are all taxes included in the price?
Only VAT is included. The tourist tax must be paid upon check-in. The tourist tax is applicable for guests aged 13 years and older and is €2 per person per night, up to a maximum of €14 per person per stay.
What are Sweet Porto's cancellation policies?
At the time of booking, when you select a specific rate, you will have available the corresponding cancellation conditions.
Do I need to pay for the reservation in advance?
If you choose a non-refundable rate, you must pay the full amount of your reservation in advance. If it is a flexible booking, you only need to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount; the rest will be paid upon check-in.
How can I make the payment?
We accept payments by bank transfer and credit/debit cards.
Which credit/debit cards are accepted by Sweet Porto?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
Check-In
& Check-Out
What is the check-in time?
You can check in as early as 03:00 pm (local time). However, if you arrive earlier and wish to enjoy the apartment, we can schedule an early check-in (subject to availability) for an additional charge.
What is the check-out time?
The normal check-out time is until 11:00 am. However, if you need more time, please talk to our staff about the possibility of a late check-out. If you would like to guarantee this in advance, we can schedule a late check-out until 06:00 pm (subject to availability) for an additional charge.
How do I collect the keys to my apartment?
If you stay with us in the Legends' House or Bloom House buildings, your key will be delivered at the reception during check-in.
If you stay with us in one of the other buildings, access to the apartment is via a code that will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. In order to receive the access code, you must fill in an online Check-In form with the IDs of all guests, as well as pay the tourist tax and any other outstanding amount by card directly to the property.
Can I store my luggage? Does it cost anything?
Depending on which building you are staying in, it may be possible to leave your luggage with us before your check-in and/or after your check-out, free of charge. Please talk to our staff to check availability.
If we have a delay in our flight, is it possible to do late check-in?
We have a limited schedule for check-ins at Legends’ House and Bloom House. Late check-in will always be subject to our team's availability, at an additional cost.
If your flight arrives in Porto late in the evening and your estimated time of arrival is very close or after the stipulated check-in time, we suggest that you book a taxi transfer from the airport to your apartment. This way you are guaranteed a late check-in at no additional cost, as you will only pay for the transfer service. The taxi driver will welcome you to Porto, open the door of your apartment and hand you the keys to your apartment.In the other buildings you will enter at the time you wish, after 03:00 pm, as it is self-check-in.
